By downloading and using CalenDraw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Use License
DataBeNice LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for your use.
You may not:
- Modify or create derivative works of the app
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using CalenDraw. You are responsible for all content you create and share through the app.
App Store Terms
Your use of CalenDraw is also subject to any applicable Apple App Store terms and conditions.
Subscription and Payments
Some features may require a subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CalenDraw is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the CalenDraw app and all related services are provided by DataBeNice LLC “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DataBeNice LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall DataBeNice LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the app. DataBeNice LLC’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to DataBeNice LLC for the use of the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, or your use of the CalenDraw app, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and will update this page if we do so.
